The Value of a Good Gardener

Homeowners are often faced with a dilemma involving their front and back yards. Keep the yard up themselves or hire someone to address yard issues for them. For many homeowners the latter option is one that comes naturally as homeowners rarely have the energy or time to manage their yards after a long hard days worth of work.

Those who own St. Simons Island real estate know the value of a good gardener and that knowledge is reflected in the beautiful yards found around the homes on the Island. Having an attractive yard not only increases the value of a home and the land it's on but can create a mood and atmosphere that makes a home comfortable and relaxing. When a homeowner doesn't have the time to create and maintain the perfect yard a gardener is the only way to go.

New Home...New Floors

When you move into a new home there's often quite a bit of work to be done. Many people redecorate the entire interior of their new home to create the perfect atmosphere but there's one thing that nearly everyone does when moving into a new home. More often than not carpet and other types of flooring are completely redone.

It takes very little time to put serious wear and tear onto carpet, tile, linoleum, and wood paneled floors. This hold even truer for homes who have children and pets living in them. Children often spill, track dirt into the home, and pets can easily leave holes and scratches on flooring with as little as one trip across a room. Additionally pet oders are often absorbed and held by carpets so most owners will choose to have the floors in their new homes reworked or replaced.

New owners of St. Simons Island real estate are no different than any other new home owners in that they too, more often than not, opt to have at least some of the flooring replaced just prior to moving into a home. Luckily for this community's residents there are a number of flooring experts both in and within close proximity to St. Simons Island. The following is a list of such businesses and individuals.
